$45 – this cost will be applied to your membership
Prior to meeting, we'll talk about your goals and create a plan of action. This is where we'll determine where you're at, where we're going and if its a good fit. Please fill out the form below prior to purchasing your in-person consult.
$325/month with a dedicated time each week
For less than the cost of 3 single sessions, train or practice with me weekly in the Fremont studio. This is for folks dedicated to their health or a particular goal. We'll work together during a consistent weekly time slot. No commitment required.
$110/session, limited availability
