Studio rental Information
Come check out our gorgeous, quiet, 200 square foot studio in Fremont. It’d be ideal for yoga teachers, non-profits, healers, etc. doing 1-on-1 sessions or teaching small groups (up to 4 students).
How it works
I’d like to develop ongoing relationships with a few dedicated teachers that will be space at least once per week. For that reason, studio time can be purchased in 10 hour packages with a 60 day expiration. You’re free to book time online as you’d like. I’m trying to keep it automated as much as possible to make things easy for both of us. The space is generally available:
Mondays - open until 2pm
Tuesdays - open after 1:30pm
Wednesdays - open 10am - 2pm
Thursdays - open after 1:30pm
Fridays - open after 1:30pm
Sat/Sun - totally open
Step 1: visit
Let’s get to know each other and see if it’s a fit. If it feels right, you’ll need to do the following:
Add “TB Movement Co.” and “Tess Ball” as named insured on your liability insurance and provide a certificate of insurance.
Sign a sublease and building agreement.
If a key fob for the building is required, you must pay a $100 deposit.
Please note that no additional equipment may be stored in the space, but you’re welcome to use any/all yoga props provided.
Step 2: purchase
Time can be purchased in 10 hour packages that can be broken down and used for multiple appointments. If your non-profit is looking for space, I’d be happy to talk donating one 10 hour package per month.

Step 3: Schedule
You can schedule time in 15 minute increments (1 hour minimum per session). Simply select from the following options when booking your session:
1 hour 15 minutes
1 hour 30 minutes
1 hour 45 minutes
For appointments that are 2 hours and over, please book 2 or more sessions in a row.
