This 30 minute class is inclusive as f**k, but geared toward badass introverts and those who want all of the strength, confidence and community of a gym...without the grunting and loud music. Limited to 6 students per class.

Each class includes...

1: Warm up

A quick warm up will activate the core, sync up a few important movement patterns and prepare you for the workout.

2: Strength

We focus on 6 movements, working through intervals to increase heart rate, improve posture and leave you feeling recharged.

3: restore

We'll end with gentle stretching and a "yoga nap" where you'll be led through a breath-centered, mindful rest.

Free classes – bring a friend!

Bring a new friend to class, and you BOTH get your class for free! You can use this as many times as you'd like, but your friend must be new to POWER + nap classes! Just make sure you reserve your spot ahead of time because classes are capped at 6 students. Use code "BFF" when you both sign up.

These classes started as an affordable option to work with me and build a small, intentional community. I adore everyone who attends classes, so I'd probably love working with your friends too!
