Hi. I'm Tess. I'm still shocked I'm in the fitness industry. I was the kid who took marching band in high school just so I wouldn't have to attend PE class. At times, even as a movement coach, I still get sweaty around barbells...and not because I pick them up or anything. I just get weird and nervous walking next to them.
About 7 years ago I started developing a relationship with my body and have since cultivated a movement practice that gives me confidence, curiosity, mindfullness, joy and community. And I'm a heck of a lot healthier because of it.
