Semi-private classes are a great way to get the attention to detail you'd expect working 1-on-1, while splitting the cost among the group. Similar to a 1-on-1 training membership, you'll select a consistent time to come in weekly. Within this small group atmosphere, we'll support each other and progressively explore movements that get you closer to your goals.
Semi-private sessions are capped at 3-4 students so that you get plenty of my time and focus.
Sessions are 50 minutes long, hella nerdy and trauma sensitive.
Strength is a skill. Have you ever wondered "where should my feet be when I squat?" or "will I ever be able to do a full pushup?" We'll explore lifting technique and discuss nuance specific to your body prior to our group workout. Not only will you get stronger, but you'll understand how and why.

This is "training" for the nervous system. Learn to down-regulate, practice presence and become grounded. All levels are welcome and the movement will range from pretty darn active to ultra restorative. This class was designed for those who are seeking a movement practice to complement other healing work after chronic stress or trauma, though anyone in need of a little calm is welcome.

$45 - 165 / month
Semi-private sessions are an affordable alternative to 1-on-1 training and allow us to build a small, intentional community. Select a consistent time to come in weekly so that you can get to know those in class and I can program specifically for you.
Semi-private memberships are "pay what you can," on a sliding scale from $45-165 monthly. Membership includes one session per week. If you need to skip a week, you're welcome to make it up at one of the other classes.
