I have a new class at Ballard Health Club! To celebrate, I created a little video of a winter grounding Yoga Tune Up® sequence for you to practice.
In all of my YTU classes, I generally follow the 3-step process in the video:
- Roll out using Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls. This improves proprioception, increases circulation and creates freedom in your soft tissue.
- Retrain and explore. We layer on healthy movement so that you move efficiently throughout the week.
- Rest. Let it all sink in and enjoy a few minutes of sweet breath.
