Grounding Foot & Ankle Sequence

I have a new class at Ballard Health Club! To celebrate, I created a little video of a winter grounding Yoga Tune Up® sequence for you to practice.

In all of my YTU classes, I generally follow the 3-step process in the video:

  1. Roll out using Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls. This improves proprioception, increases circulation and creates freedom in your soft tissue.
  2. Retrain and explore. We layer on healthy movement so that you move efficiently throughout the week.
  3. Rest. Let it all sink in and enjoy a few minutes of sweet breath.
