I ruptured my achilles in May, and by August I was ready to get back at it, but I wanted to have a safe reentry into the gym. Tess gave me some really tough exercises that made me feel like a badass (it had been a few months since I had felt that way!), and were safe for me as I recovered. She gave me modifications for virtually every exercise I wasn't able to do yet, so I was able to come back to the gym feeling confident. I feel as if she is a big reason I was able to successfully recover and gain strength after such a devastating injury.
